record number when making reservations or purchasing electronic
tickets. This reservation number, also known as Passenger Name Record(PNR)
is used to identify the reservation or ticket purchase in the system.
Computer generated numbers are usually difficult to remember, therefore
Asiana's customers enjoy the simple way of using their telephone
number as their reservation record number when it should become
necessary to remember.
