With the celebration of the
50th Anniversary of its
founding, KMA(Korea
Military Academy) opened
its doors to the public on
Feb. 1, 1997. Upon arrival
at the KMA Tourist
Information Office located
on the KMA campus,
visitors will be met by a
tour guide. |
Called the Geumgang
mountain range of
Gyeonggi Province,
this park is
popular with
Seoul citizens for its
beautiful rock mountains
as well as
its good
mountaineering course.
The highest mountain is
Jaun at 739.5
meters.
Also, there are many
Buddhist temples here
that date from the
Shilla
Dynasty including Hoe
Ryong, Mang Wol and
the Cheon Chuk
Monastery.
